Needs A Lot Of Work

Man, where do I start? Checked into a room that seriously wasn't cleaned. Bathroom was a mess, one toilet was out of order, the other was overflowing. You could see mold on the walls, and even the smoke detector was just wires! Woke up with bites on me. Snack bar was cool though, just wish the room matched its vibes.

Strongly recommend for a quick trip

Clean room, comfortable bed, with great wi-fi and free parking made our stay enjoyable while being just a short drive from Memphis International Airport.

I spent 2 nights in a Non-Smoking King Room and appreciated the clean atmosphere and comfortable bed during my stay. The staff was helpful with my requests, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. However, I encountered issues with my room key not working at times, which was frustrating. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I hope they can address the key problems.

Breakfast options lack variety and sometimes run out, leaving little to choose from. Key card issues make accessing the rooms a hassle, as there are multiple complaints about needing to reset them frequently. The noise levels from neighboring rooms can be distracting, especially if you're in a smoking room-smells linger. It's a mixed bag that might not meet expectations.

The free wi-fi and quick express check-in were great. The room needed a thorough cleaning, though.

We had a decent time checking out the nearby Casino Factory Shoppes. It's an easy drive and fun for the whole family. Plus, our non-service dog loved the pet-friendly aspect, which made it more comfortable for us all.

The room I originally checked into had a terrible odor, making it uncomfortable from the start. After switching rooms multiple times, the cleanliness issues persisted, with mold and dirt in the bathroom and filthy carpets. The location was decent, close to nearby casinos, which was the only redeeming quality of my stay. I definitely won't be returning due to the overall unsatisfactory conditions.
